WP632CE
WP632CE was developed to inspect honeycomb structures in aircraft. WP632CE uses automatic tapping, employing a CPU to comparatively evaluate the output of a force sensor attached to the hammer, rather than depending on tone colors which are difficult to distinguish from each other in noisy environment. The quantified results are indicated with LEDs and digital values. Its compact body and lightweight allows single handed operation, resulting in a handy detector with excellent cost performance.
Airbus has authorized WP632CE as approved testing device
for the Airbus A340 aircraft.

Superior Features
- Compact design and lightweight allows single handed operation
- High detection sensitivity
- It excels in wear-resistance.
Unlike other debond detectors which move while maintaining contact with
the object surface, the Woodpecker taps intermittently while moving and
therefore the hammer head is in itself less subject to wear.
